How can I access the eXp Marketing Center?

To access the eXp Marketing Center, simply visit https://exprealty.okta.com/ and enter your eXp Passport credentials. Once logged into your dashboard, select the eXp Marketing Center for International Agents tile.

How do I translate the site?

  • To translate the eXp Marketing Center, you will need to click on the language box in the bottom right corner of the site. Translations will impact the main content of the site, but the templates will remain in English. All of the content is editable, so you will be able to translate the individual templates.

  • Should you have any questions related to site content, please reach out to your Broker of Record for assistance.

How do I edit my template text?

  • All templates feature a variety of text fields that are pre-filled with default text written in English. These text fields are all editable. Simply click on the text field, highlight the text, and replace it with your own translated content. (For example, “Open House” templates can be modified to say, “Just Sold.”) You can also use the text editor tool at the top of the template editor screen to adjust the font and font size to accommodate any phrases or information that may not initially fit into the text box.

How do I replace template photos?

  • Within the template editor, click on the image or logo you would like to replace. You’ll then be prompted to upload an image from your computer. The image must be a PNG or JPEG file and must not be larger than 100MB.

  • When replacing the eXp logo you will have the option of selecting one from the company logo library or you can upload one from your computer.

  • Please note that the default templates feature standard U.S. real estate logos (REALTOR and Equal Housing Logo). These can be swapped out or removed to meet your country’s requirements.)

Are there alternate layouts and branding options for each template?

  • To access alternate layouts of certain templates, click either the “Version” or “Option” buttons within the template editor. This will provide a dropdown menu of additional design and branding options.

How do I save my template and where do I access saved templates?

  • In the template editor select “Save” from the menu on the left. Name your template and select “Save.” To access this template, select the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner and choose “Saved Templates.”

Am I able to print my templates?

  • Direct printing is not available through the Marketing Center. However, all templates include the ability to download a PDF or image file of the asset. To download a file, click the “Download” button located in the left menu of the template editor. You should then be able to personally print that file or provide it to a local print vendor.

Are the MLS Lookup and AMP features available for the Marketing Center?

  • Unfortunately, at this time, the Marketing Center does not include the MLS Lookup feature or the ability to provide Automated Marketing Packages for our international agents/listings.
